Inner Reins Counseling is a private practice that specializes in maternal child mental health and parent-child healing. We are dedicated to assisting new, experienced, and expectant mothers who are facing perinatal mood disorders, postpartum depression, early childhood trauma, and life stressors that affect both the parent and the parent-child relationship. At Inner Reins Counseling, our focus is to provide mothers with a safe space to speak about their struggles and heal from their trauma, in order to promote secure attachment with their child. Additionally, we offer a faith-based approach for those parents who wish to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.
